Welcome to ATL Event Prints. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services Offered

ATL Event Prints provides professional printing services for exhibitors attending expos and tradeshows in Atlanta, Georgia. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Business cards and stationery
  • Flyers, brochures, and booklets
  • Posters and banners
  • Event signage and displays
  • Promotional materials
  • Custom print projects

2. Orders and Quotes

2.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

2.2 Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date. Final pricing may vary based on specifications, quantities, and production requirements. Rush orders incur additional fees.

2.3 Order Confirmation

You will receive order confirmation within 24 business hours. Review all specifications carefully—changes after production begins may incur additional charges.

3. Design and Files

3.1 File Requirements

You are responsible for providing print-ready files in accepted formats (PDF, AI, EPS, PSD). Files must meet our specifications for resolution, bleed, and color mode.

3.2 Proofs and Approval

Digital proofs will be provided for approval. You must review and approve proofs before production begins. ATL Event Prints is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

3.3 Design Services

Custom design services are available at additional cost. Design files and intellectual property rights transfer to you upon full payment unless otherwise specified.

4. Production and Delivery

4.1 Turnaround Times

  • Standard: 7-10 business days
  • Rush: 5 business days (+35% fee)
  • Super Rush: 3 business days (+75% fee)

Turnaround times begin after proof approval and payment clearance. Times are estimates, not guarantees.

4.2 Delivery

Local pickup is available at our Atlanta facility. Shipping costs are additional and calculated based on method, destination, and order weight. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

4.3 Event Deadlines

For time-sensitive event orders, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance. Rush fees apply for expedited production.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, and approved business accounts.

5.2 Payment Schedule

  • New customers: Full payment required before production
  • Established accounts: 50% deposit required; balance due before delivery
  • Large orders (over $2,500): Custom payment terms available

5.3 Late Payments

Orders not paid in full will not be released. Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month.

6. Quality and Satisfaction

6.1 Quality Standards

We maintain high quality standards. Minor color variations between proof and final product are normal due to monitor calibration and printing processes.

6.2 Inspection

You must inspect orders upon receipt. Claims for defects or errors must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

6.3 Reprints

We will reprint orders if errors are our responsibility at no charge. We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files or approved proofs.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

7.1 Cancellation Policy

  • Before production: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • After production begins: No refund; you are responsible for full payment
  • Rush orders: Non-refundable once confirmed

7.2 Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Maximum Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages including lost profits or business interruption.

8.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, equipment failure, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Customer Responsibility

You warrant that you own or have permission to use all content, images, logos, and trademarks in your print materials. You agree to indemnify ATL Event Prints against any claims of intellectual property infringement.

9.2 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request confidentiality in writing.

10. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing:

  • Illegal, defamatory, or obscene content
  • Hate speech or discriminatory materials
  • Copyright or trademark violations
  • Materials that violate any applicable laws

11. Data and Privacy

11.1 Information Collection

We collect necessary business information to process orders. Your data is used solely for order fulfillment and customer service.

11.2 Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. Files and customer data are retained for record-keeping purposes.

11.3 Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for payment processing and shipping. These providers have their own privacy policies.

12. Shipping and Risk of Loss

12.1 Title Transfer

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or pickup from our facility.

12.2 Damaged Shipments

Inspect shipments immediately. Report visible damage to the carrier and notify us within 24 hours. We will assist with carrier claims.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

13.1 Dispute Resolution

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

13.3 Arbitration

Both parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than court litigation, except for small claims court matters.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
