This Return and Refund Policy explains how ATL Event Prints handles cancellations, refunds, and order issues.

Order Cancellations

Before Production Begins

You can cancel your order for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Contact us immediately at sean@atleventprints.com to cancel.

Processing fee covers:

  • Design file review and setup
  • Administrative costs
  • Payment processing fees

After Production Starts

Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled. You're responsible for full payment.

Production starts when:

  • You approve the digital proof
  • Payment clears
  • Files enter the print queue

Rush Orders

All rush orders are non-refundable once confirmed. These orders jump the production queue immediately—we can't pull them back.

Refund Eligibility

Our Error = Full Refund

We'll issue a full refund or free reprint if we:

  • Print the wrong quantity
  • Use incorrect materials or finishes
  • Produce items that don't match your approved proof
  • Deliver defective products

Your Approval = No Refund

We cannot refund orders if:

  • You approved a proof with errors
  • Your submitted files had issues
  • You changed your mind after production
  • You ordered the wrong specifications
  • Minor color variations exist (normal in printing)

Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the damage immediately
  2. Contact us within 24 hours
  3. File a claim with the carrier
  4. We'll assist with replacement or refund

Inspection Window

You have 5 business days from delivery to inspect your order and report issues.

After 5 days, we assume you've accepted the order as satisfactory.

How to Report Issues

Email sean@atleventprints.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem
  • Desired resolution

Refund Process

Timeline

Approved refunds process within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Method

Refunds return to the card or account used for purchase. We don't issue cash refunds or checks.

Partial Refunds

For partial order issues (some items defective, others fine), we'll refund only the affected portion or reprint those items.

Reprints

When We Reprint Free

  • Production errors on our end
  • Quality issues below our standards
  • Items damaged during production

When You Pay for Reprints

  • Changes to approved specifications
  • New files or design revisions
  • Quantity increases
  • Rush fees for expedited reprints

Order Modifications

Before Production

Small changes (contact info, typo fixes) may be possible at no charge if caught early.

Significant changes (design overhaul, quantity, materials) may require a new quote.

During Production

We cannot modify orders once production starts. You'll need to:

  • Pay for the current order in full
  • Place a new separate order with changes

Special Circumstances

Event Cancellations

If your event gets cancelled, we understand. However:

  • Completed orders cannot be refunded
  • Orders in production require full payment
  • Pre-production orders get standard cancellation terms

Force Majeure

We're not liable for delays or issues caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Equipment failure beyond our control
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Carrier delays
  • Labor disputes

In these cases, we'll work with you on the best solution but cannot guarantee refunds.

Late Payment Consequences

Orders not paid in full will not be released. We hold completed orders for 30 days, then may charge storage fees or dispose of unclaimed items.

No refunds for orders you don't claim or pay for.

Quality Standards

Normal Variations

These are not grounds for refund:

  • Minor color shifts between monitor and print
  • Slight registration variations (within industry standards)
  • Paper texture differences
  • Cutting tolerances within 1/16 inch

Defects We'll Fix

  • Streaks or printing artifacts
  • Incorrect colors (major shifts)
  • Wrong paper stock
  • Binding or finishing failures
  • Significant cutting errors

No Refund After Use

Once you've distributed, displayed, or used printed materials, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds—even if you later find an error.
